Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a versatile video producer to collaborate with the Global Education Show Team in creating compelling video content for shows, events, and instructional materials. You will shoot, edit, color correct, and craft motion graphics to explain technical topics engagingly.

Candidates should be fluent in Premiere Pro, After Effects and related CC tools, with strong color grading, audio optimization, and on-site setup skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Experience on both PC and Mac platforms.
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Work with project managers to understand digital needs and recommend fresh and original visual solutions through video.
• Organize, edit and color correct footage and optimize audio to create compelling video content.
• Design and create motion graphics and video for events and instructional purposes.
• Assist on site with graphics, A/V support, and editing presentations.
• Function as video shooter and/or editor on select projects as directed.
• Move and assemble camera and lighting equipment as needed at shoots.
• Maintain knowledge of social media platforms and how to use them for video.
• Edit video within tight time frames and optimize for digital formats.
• Lead smaller video projects on site from capture to editing.
• Set high video standards and collaborate to produce breakthrough work.
• Support the Manager Education Graphic Design with design support as requested.

• Work with project managers to understand digital needs and recommend fresh and original visual solutions through video.
• Organize, edit and color correct footage and optimize audio to create compelling video content.
• Design and create compelling motion graphics and video for show, events and instructional purposes, including creating graphic elements that make technical topics engaging.
• Assist the Global Education Show Team in the concept, design and production of stage graphics, including assisting on site with collateral set up, A/V support, editing presentations and running stage graphics.
• Function as video shooter and/or editor on select projects as directed.
• Move and assemble camera and lighting equipment as needed at shoots.
• Continually maintain knowledge of social media platforms and how to best utilize them for video.
• Edit video within tight time frames utilizing knowledge of digital/social formats.
• Optimize audio and voice⁃over for final delivery.
• Take the lead role on smaller video projects, including on site video capture and editing.
• Set the example of exceptional video standards and possess a collaborative attitude and a drive to do breakthrough work.
• Support the Manager Education Graphic Design with design support as requested.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
• Experience with both PC and Macs
• Knowledge of video codecs, raw codecs, file compression, transcoding, file organization, setting up projects and sequences, syncing video and audio, multicamera editing, Lumetri color tools, and different editing techniques
• Detail oriented and organized
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent time management and multi⁃tasking skills
• Ability to work corroboratively with project leaders and internal departments
• Strong videography skills and experience using DSLRs and mirrorless cameras a plus
