Job summary

Leadership Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced fund accounting professional to support their expansion in the financial sector. The role requires managing investment transactions, reconciling positions, and delivering NAV and management reports.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in accounting or finance, with 4+ years of fund accounting experience and fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance discipline.
• ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent preferable.
• 4+ years' relevant experience in Fund Accounting.
• New Funds set up experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Fluent English; Cantonese and Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile fund investment transactions and positions regularly.
• Perform daily fund operations and portfolio valuations or reconciliation.
• Prepare and review NAV reports.
• Prepare necessary financial reports for management.
• Perform bank and securities reconciliations and assist in funds setup.
• Assist managers in compiling ad hoc reports and operational metrics for management.

Our client, a financial institution, is seeking experienced professional to join them for their business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and reconcile the fund investment transactions and reconcile Investment positions on a regular basis
• Perform daily fund operation and portfolio valuations or reconciliation
• Prepare and review NAV reports
• Prepare necessary financial reports for management
• Perform bank and securities reconciliation & assist in funds set up
• Assisting managers in compiling ad hoc reports and operational metrics as required by management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance discipline
• Member of ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent is preferable
• Over 4 years' relevant experience in Fund Accounting
• New Funds set up experience will be an asset
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel and Word
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong initiative with good problem solving skills
