Job summary

Tillys is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Store Management Team in Fayetteville, NC. You will model exemplary service, coach Associates, and drive daily store operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll recruit and train staff, supervise shift execution, maintain store presentation, and uphold company standards while building a positive team environment. Previous retail leadership and strong communication are a plus.
