Job summary

Tillys is seeking an Assistant Manager in Fort Worth to join our Store Management Team. You will help ensure an amazing Tillys Experience for every customer by modeling outstanding service and selling behaviors, while also hiring, training, and developing a capable team of associates.

You will work closely with the Store Management Team to ensure smooth store operations, create a great store environment, and drive performance on the sales floor.

• Retail leadership experience is preferred.
