Job summary

Tillys is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Store Management Team in Farmington, UT. You will help ensure customers receive an amazing Tillys Experience by modeling exemplary service and selling behaviours, and by supporting daily store operations.

You will lead, hire, train and develop a high-performing team of Associates, uphold a great store environment, and contribute to smooth execution of store responsibilities and guest satisfaction.
