Tilly's, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Costa Mesa, CA to work with the Store Management Team to deliver an amazing Tillys Experience. You will model exemplary service, lead a strong Associates team, hire, train, and develop staff, and ensure smooth store operations and a great store environment.

Candidate should have retail leadership and communication skills to help drive store performance and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time role with benefits as described in the listing.
