Job summary

Tilly's Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Santa Rosa to join the Store Management Team. You will lead service and selling behaviors, hire and develop Associates, and ensure smooth store operations while maintaining an engaging store environment.

It starts with modeling exemplary service and selling behaviors, but it also means hiring, training and developing a strong team of Associates, ensuring smooth execution of Store operations, creating a great Store environment, and so much more! Hourly Salary Range: $19.87 - $21.87
Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
