Tillys in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Manager to work with the Store Management Team to deliver the Tillys Experience. You will model service, drive sales behaviours, and contribute to a welcoming store environment.

You will hire, train, and mentor a team of associates, oversee daily store operations, and ensure consistent execution of standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

As an Assistant Manager, you will work with the Store Management Team to ensure that each Customer receives an amazing Tillys Experience. It starts with modeling exemplary service and selling behaviours, but it also means hiring, training and developing a strong team of Associates, ensuring smooth execution of Store operations, creating a great Store environment, and so much more!
