Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Coralville, IA is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a 10-15 person team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will assist with daily operations, training, and some admin tasks in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Starting pay is 18.00 USD hourly with weekly commissions and growth opportunities within the company. Flexible 35–45 hour weeks and strong work-life balance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities
