Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Proof of valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and stand for 8+ hours.
• 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant setting with teams of 15+ employees.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; may exceed 40 hours.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team and mentor staff to develop skills.
• Interact with customers and ensure high service standards.
• Oversee daily operations and coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
