Job summary

1st Lake Properties' Fox Run Apartments in Metairie, LA is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to tour prospects, coordinate move-ins, and create an exceptional living experience for our community.

You will respond to inquiries, guide residents through the leasing journey from application to move-in, assist with marketing events, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, customer service, or hospitality.
• Experience with property management software is a plus (AppFolio).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging tours to help future residents fall in love with their new home.
• Coordinate make-ready with maintenance and vendors to ensure move-in readiness.
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries as the friendly face of the community.
• Guide residents through the leasing journey from application to move-in day.
• Build lasting resident relationships and support community events and outreach.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and Fair Housing regulations.
