Responsibilities

1. Manage the food and beverage departments of the hotel, including food preparation, service, and lounge operations to ensure standards are maintained and maximize profits.
2. Maintain standards of food, beverage, and guest service quality as per system and brand standards.
3. Achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
4. Develop and implement local food and beverage marketing programs, participate in system-wide promotions.
5. Assist with menu design and concepts, develop the departmental budget, and maintain inventory control.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
7. Schedule staff, provide support and development opportunities, and monitor labor costs.
8. Serve as a member of the management team, participate in establishing hotel service standards, and oversee staff performance and hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification required.
• Minimum five years of food and beverage experience, including at least two years in management (hotel or restaurant experience preferred, culinary experience a plus).
