Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single store in the Huntersville area. You’ll hire, coach, and direct team members to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences, supported by a 3+ week store leadership training program.

You’ll work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays, with opportunities for professional development within America’s largest family-owned Chinese restaurant concept.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Serve Safe certified for Food Safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in store operations and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship to the team.
