Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training of team members.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and ensure safety standards.
• Hire, interview, and orientate new staff; coach and develop team members.
• Manage coaching, counseling and team relations; uphold food handling and facility standards.
• Ensure health and safety inspections are passed and brand standards are met.
