Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and leading a team to deliver fast, friendly, high-quality service.

You’ll help hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff while monitoring sales and labor costs to meet profitability goals. This role requires leadership, flexibility, and a strong guest-service focus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or management roles in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to train, motivate and lead a team.
• Guest-service focused with a commitment to satisfaction.
• Problem-solving with a results-driven mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate crew members to deliver great guest experiences.
• Support training and development of team members to maintain high standards.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor sales performance and labor costs to achieve profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with all Dunkin brand standards and safety regulations.
• Step in as the manager-on-duty as needed to keep the store running smoothly.
