MBR Management, a Domino's franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Ballwin location at 14764 Clayton Rd. You will support daily operations, lead and develop team members, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in retail or service, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to analyze metrics and improve processes while maintaining policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a retail, operations, or customer service environment.
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor team members to develop their skills.
• Monitor metrics and implement process improvements.
• Manage inventory and resources to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit reports on performance, staffing, and financials.
• Address customer complaints and employee concerns promptly.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Support Store Manager or General Manager in achieving goals.
