The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in retail or service, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to analyze metrics and improve processes while maintaining policy compliance.

We are seeking a professional and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our Ballwin, United States location (14764 Clayton Rd). In this role, you will support the management of daily operations, lead and develop team members, and ensure exceptional service delivery. • Supervise and manage daily operations, ensuring all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards
