MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s Franchise, in Fenton, MO, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, lead a team, and ensure excellent customer service. You will assist in scheduling, training, inventory management, cash handling, and implementing company policies while upholding food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in food service or retail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic math and POS systems.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Assist in creating employee schedules and managing staff coverage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in cost control measures and help optimize operational efficiency.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle cash management and daily financial reporting.
