• Creating strategies and allocating resources to achieve company goals.
• Train and develop staff. Be a mentor and communicate the company’s goals to employees.
• Build on the success of the company by bringing in fresh strategies and ideas.
• Maintain business data including inventory, sales, and customers.
• Assist in setting, practicing, and managing all workplace policies.
• Work with warehouse associates to maintain inventory and order accuracy. Oversee both inbound and outbound processes.
