Caribou Coffee is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Chaska, MN to partner with the General Manager and develop future leaders who think strategically about the store and the district.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 1 year of supervisory experience
