Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store in California. You will assist with hiring, directing staff, achieving financial goals and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes a multi-week leadership training program to set you up for success. We offer paid leadership training, mentorship, and a robust benefits package. This position sets you up for growth into higher management with ongoing development and scholarship

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experience targets.
