Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a Panda Express store in California. You will hire and supervise associates, drive toward financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. Expect to work a flexible schedule with opportunities for advancement into management roles, along with a competitive benefits package including meals, health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time

Qualifications

• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Open and close shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Participate in and benefit from a 3+ week store leadership training program.
