Panda Express in Mililani Town, Hawaii is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You’ll help run the operation, hire and direct associates, and work toward delivering outstanding guest experiences while meeting financial goals.

We offer a 3+ week store leadership training program, mentorship from the Panda community, and opportunities for professional growth within a family-owned concept that values service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
