• Train and develop team members to promote excellence and continuous improvement.
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and profitability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment per policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and timely.
• Assist in financial management, including cash handling and banking.
