Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive high standards for service and quality, and develop a high-performing team. This role offers a pathway toward franchise opportunities through our Management Development Program, with a base wage and performance bonuses.

The ideal candidate will have restaurant leadership experience, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong training and people management skills.

Qualifications

• Must have valid U.S. employment authorization to work in the United States.
• Friendly and able to work well with others.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must work weekends and a minimum of 5 closing nights per week, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of running a Domino’s Pizza store and manage the team.
• Maintain high standards for customer service and product quality.
• Potential career paths include Trainer or Regional Manager; franchise eligibility after store management.
• Able to train and develop staff and respond to customer concerns.
