Job summary

Panda Express is hiring for an Assistant Manager to support a single store’s operations, including hiring, coaching and directing team members to achieve goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role includes a leadership training program of 3 or more weeks to prepare you for success.

You’ll work a flexible schedule, potentially including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays, with relocation flexibility within 50 miles and Serve Safe certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program.
