Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be able to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including open/close shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification or food safety knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Support delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in leadership training and development programs.
