Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and manage/direct associates to achieve goals.
• Support hiring and guest experience delivery.
• Participate in leadership training before taking on expanded responsibilities.
