Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda store with focus on guest experience, operations, and team leadership. You will hire and direct associates, drive financial results, and participate in a three-week+ leadership training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move stores within 50 miles.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe).
• ADA: able to work in hot/kitchen environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda store and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Hire, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure delivery of guest experiences and participate in leadership training program.
