Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Assistant Manager will help operate a single store, oversee hiring, manage and direct associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Assist the operation of a single Panda store by hiring, directing and coaching associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
Ensure a safe, welcoming environment in a fast-paced kitchen and dining area.
Support leadership development for team members and participate in the store leadership training program.
