Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Excellent menu and product knowledge and a good personality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to improve self and skill sets.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and teammates.
• Participate in Jersey Mike's training programs.
• Ability to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere.
• Multitask with a sense of urgency.
• Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
• Understand accountability and integrity.
• Open and close the store.
• Lead a crew of 3 to 7 people.
• Create employee schedules and place inventory orders.
• Fill in for the Manager when needed.
• Assist in employee training and lead by example.
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
