Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single store. You will hire, supervise, and guide team members to hit financial targets while ensuring guests receive exceptional service.

Participants will undergo a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for enhanced responsibilities and career progression within Panda’s store network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home store.
• Open/close shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
• Serve Safe certification preferred or as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Lead and participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain food safety and quality.
