Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee a single Panda Express store and lead a team to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll participate in a multi-week leadership training program designed to build operational expertise and prepare you for future store management opportunities.

The role requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays, plus a commitment to food safety

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals.
Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
Participate in a multi-week leadership training program to prepare for success.
