Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store and drive guest satisfaction. You will hire, coach and supervise team members to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional service.

We provide a multi-week store leadership training program, mentorship, and ongoing development to prepare you for advancement within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to move within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified food safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in the 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
