• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and support to staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Participate in a store leadership training program to prepare for success.
