Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. You will ensure the store runs smoothly, coaching employees to perform duties properly and efficiently.

Bring an enthusiastic, friendly, can-do attitude and lead by example, executing procedures with integrity in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and teamwork will drive daily success.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Acrobat
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in-store
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with minimal supervision
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations for store and staff
