Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure top guest experiences.
• Support a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
