Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and supervision of store staff.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
