Job summary

Panda Express in California is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store, hire and lead a team, and drive guest satisfaction through strong leadership and store performance. You will complete a multi-week leadership training program, receive hands-on training, and enjoy a generous benefits package including meals, health coverage, retirement plans, PTO, and growth opportunities.

This role requires flexibility to work openings/closings within a 50‑mile radius of home, including

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

Assist in the operation of a single store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
Lead and manage staff performance to ensure smooth daily operations.
Participate in and complete a multi-week store leadership training program and ongoing development.
