• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification for food safety.

• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Lead the team and ensure smooth daily performance; participate in leadership development training.
• Support ongoing training and mentorship through the store leadership program.
