Job summary

Holiday Oil, a premier Utah convenience-store family business, seeks an Assistant Manager in Magna to lead daily operations and supervise staff while ensuring top-notch customer service. You will manage cash handling, daily sales reporting, and stock control, and ensure safety compliance in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires flexibility to open/close and schedule shifts, with emphasis on teamwork and service quality.

Qualifications

Retail leadership and staff training experience preferred.
Experience with cash handling and daily sales reporting.
Ability to open and close stores and schedule shifts.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.
Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
Address customer inquiries and concerns, professionally resolving issues.
Maintain the cleanliness of the store and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.
