Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred and supervisory experience desirable.
• High School or College degree(s) required or preferred.
• Strong recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills.
• Experience handling food is a plus.
• Knowledge of cash handling and basic bookkeeping is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and coordinating staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Execute Circle K's food program standards and quality.
• Model customer-focused leadership and set a positive example for the team.
• Demonstrate urgency, patience and delegation to staff.
