Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Supervisor or management experience desired.
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills beneficial.
• Experience handling food preferred.
• High School/College Degree(s) required or stated.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of store operations.
• Hire, supervise, and train staff to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain standards and provide fast, friendly customer service.
• Perform bookkeeping and merchandising tasks as needed.
• Ensure regular onsite attendance and food program execution.
