Circle K Stores Inc. in Sauk Centre, Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, supervise staff, manage merchandising, and ensure timely, friendly service to customers.

Qualifications

Retail experience preferred.
Supervisor or management experience preferred.
Experience handling food preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
Help with hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Execute Circle K food program standards.
