Circle K in Sauk Centre, MN is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations and staff. You will assist with hiring, supervising and daily tasks, while ensuring accurate bookkeeping and merchandising and delivering fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred with supervisory or management exposure.
• Strong recruiting, interviewing and hiring abilities.
• Experience handling food is a plus.
• High School/College Degree(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of store operations.
• Hire, supervise and work with staff to accomplish daily tasks.
• Maintain bookkeeping and merchandising standards.
• Provide fast, friendly service and regular onsite attendance.
• Execute the food program to the required standards.
