Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience is required.
• Recruiting, interviewing and hiring skills are important.
• Experience handling food is a plus.
• High School/College Degree(s) expected or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and coordinating staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance and execute the food program to the standard.
