Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and flexible hours across shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Can-do attitude and quick learner.
• Good personal hygiene.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.
• Positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate the POS, process payments, and provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, back of house, lobby and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and guide team scheduling and deployment.
• Coach and onboard new team members during onboarding.
• Address safety concerns and report issues to management.
• Conduct daily food safety and prep audits; monitor inventory and costs.
