Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service (preferred).
• Flexibility to work 50–55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing; access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, customer service oriented.
• Under GM direction, AGM supports daily operations, financial controls, and staff performance.
• This is a path to higher management with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orient staff.
• Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff.
• Exercise proper food handling and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment.
