Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a store supervisor in the United States (Arizona/Glendale area) to manage daily operations, guest experience, and sales performance. You will lead staffing, scheduling, and payroll, while coaching non-management staff and upholding the brand's visual standards and service expectations.

You'll also analyze reports, protect assets, process POS transactions, and fulfill omni-channel orders—while modeling the company culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
