Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking an Assistant Manager in Saint Paul to lead through HEART values, partner with the Store Manager, and ensure every customer experiences EVEREVE Styling. You will coach team members, maintain store standards, and drive Trendsend and in-store performance while upholding inventory and merchandising excellence.

This role emphasizes coaching, floor leadership, and delivering warm, personalized service in a fast-growing fashion brand with strong culture and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, following company standards and Store Manager guidance.
• Assist Store Manager in coaching and developing employees.
• Support daily store operations, inventory, fulfillment, merchandising, and visuals.
• Drive results through personal and team styling, Trendsend, and customer outreach.
• Meet store goals and contribute to division of responsibility by volume.
